Builder Program

In 2007 we launched our Builder Program and never looked back. This program is designed to create a mutually beneficial partnership in which we allow you to maximize your customers’ overall buying experience by offering them the latest in security and home entertainment solutions. We call it our “Partnership Philosophy” because that’s exactly how we approach the relationship; we want to offer your customers a seamless one-stop-shopping environment for all of their needs. Whether it’s home security, home entertainment or automation solutions this program will allow your customers countless options as to how they would like to customize their new purchase. We feel that this program is an all around “win-win” scenario for both Safewatch Security and our partners.

Structured Wiring Design

One of the most integral parts of our Builder Program is our Structured Wiring Solution that we offer our partners. Structured wiring allows your customer to “future-proof” their new home, by laying the ground work for solutions such as home theater/surround sound, local area networks, whole home audio and automation. It may not be easy to incorporate all of these solutions into your customers’ new home at once, so make it possible for them to easily transition them into the home over time.
